Our 75 blend combines Colombia Supremo with Swiss Water Process decaf for a stronger cup that still backs off from full strength. Built on a washed Colombian coffee, it gives you most of the lift with a cleaner, more measured feel.

15g coffee, 250ml water at 92-96°C. Medium-fine grind. Bloom 30s, pour in circles. 3-4 min total.
French Press
30g coffee, 500ml water at 92-96°C. Coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly.
Espresso
18g in, 36g out in 25-30 seconds. Fine grind. Adjust to taste.
