Products
We sell roasted coffee in five caffeine levels (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and the Calibration Kit. Caffeine percentages describe the ratio of caffeinated to decaffeinated beans in each blend, not absolute milligrams of caffeine per cup. Caffeine content varies with bean origin, roast, grind, and brewing method. Any caffeine figures we publish are estimates based on typical extraction. They are not medical or nutritional guidance.
Not medical advice
Our coffee is food, not a medical product. We do not make health claims. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or take medication that interacts with caffeine, consult your doctor before changing your caffeine intake.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before an order ships. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
Your order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, if there is a pricing or stock error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel we will refund in full.
Delivery
We ship to the UK. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, copy, logos, and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the goods, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
